Review status · Framework

No retrospective case published yet

A review will be added only when a dated original assessment and sufficient subsequent public evidence can be compared honestly. No example is fabricated to fill this space.

Method boundary

What a review can establish

It can show whether assumptions were explicit, indicators were useful and confidence was proportionate to evidence. It cannot prove that uncertain security developments were predictable.
